People using Tree /Grass exploit.

How does one know FOR SURE their killer was using a grass/shrub exploit?

Some folks play with squads... i.e. one squaddie tracks the target while their other squaddies hunt/kill the target.

Some folks play snipers and snipe from elevation advantages... thus having an easier time to spot those lying amidst grass.

Some players think they're "hidden"... but they're not.

Some players think they know exactly where their hunter is... but they don't.

Sometimes it's more than one player killing/shooting at a target... making the prey feel like they've just gone up against a Godmode player.

Then there are those equipped with thermal scopes... able to see anyone anywhere at any time of time (within visual range of course).

Moral of the story: Some things are not as they appear.
