Two Copies of Arma 2 in expansions folder. HELP!

when loading arma 2 CO, whenever i try to logon to a server, i get a redundancy error. ive done that file verification thing in both arma2 and arma2oa in the properties tab, but to no avail. im running arma 2 on a macbook pro with windows 7 bootcamp, and i have managed to get dayz to work at one point, it just stopped working, so i did a fresh install and it dayz still doesnt work. any suggestions

Sounds like you have fragments of the previous Arma 2 hanging around.

Completely uninstall Arma 2 and OA, delete any remaining files from the hard drive manually and then do a fresh re-install of everything.

Are you using the Steam, Retail or Amazon version?

Steam. I just did a fresh reinstall. I even deleted steam, reinstalled it all, and it still shows to arma 2's. Any suggestions?

Sounds like there may be some registry keys left over.

Check the keys at the following location and make sure everything adds up:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive Studio]
