How to Fix Wait for Host?

I've updated the latest batch, Restarted my computer, and I still cannot figure out why when I try to join a Server I Get stuck at wait for host. If someone knows ho to fix this. please reply

It depends a lot on load too (ie. time of day, how many players ...). I find it VERY difficult to get on if its busy so I tend to go off peak now.

Try a quieter time of day and see if its any better.

I Have been trying for hours on servers that were not near full, i was playing earlier in the day, but i got off for a few minutes and cam e back to see that I cant play. Another note, My friend that I play with goes on the same servers on the same time as me, and he can access them perfectly. Are there any Manual solutions to this problem?
