Did the Z's get more challenging tonight?

While playing tonight I noticed the Zed's were actually a challenge? Swarms of them would come upon me. I'm travelling up the west side of the map to NWAF. They aggro at anything and from a good distance too. I'd say way more then 100m. Even all the normal tricks (run around some bushes, go into a building) to loose them didn't work as well...

This was on a couple of US servers. I jumped to a couple servers to see if it was same. It was!!

Not complaining, just wondering.... It actually felt like the Zeds were an actual threat.

They did get their hearing fixed and also revolvers/1911's got nerfed.

Yeah i would have to agree with you. Something about them is making them a lot more challenging. Like Dazed said, they got there hearing fixed or whatever and that is probably what is making them tougher. Of course, they are still nowhere near as hard as an actual player and they still aren't actually "hard".

Yes, better hearing. That would seem to be about right.... Unless you are prone forget about sneaking by one.
