Forum Moderators Wanted!

This is highly irregular, but; I need a baseline of moderators to cover most of the timezones. I have most covered, but there are some holes that need filling before I can move on to beefing up the numbers.

You need to be:

-Available to moderate most days at least between 6pm-9pm.

-Fairly active on the forums.

-Diplomatic

-21 or older

-Living in these timezones (GMT):

-11 to -9

-4 to 0

+2 to +3

+8 to +10

The whole 21 or older ruins it for me. I'm an active moderator for Eutechnyx (UK Gaming Company).. but I'm not 21.

Well, I am over 21 - sadly, by some way - and am active on the forums. I am classed as UK, but tbh I am a very late night person and usually get online after work at about 11pm - 4am.

As long as there are clear guidelines to follow to learn the ropes, I would happily offer my services for a short time if needed.

I'm 26 and in UTC -9, really active and have moderated multiple forums. I can be serious when I need to be, fun when I need to be and fair with people. If helping out here to keep things under control is what is needed I have no problem doing that whatsoever.

I currently moderate and write game reviews when I am in the mood for a buddies website here and there, I use professionalism for the most part with interactions and if that is needed here I can provide that. Basically I know how to handle myself and other people without causing problems if I am in a position of responsibility on a forum.

Well this thread is a surprise to see, I thought this website was set on mods. Good thing I'm here to save the day and stop the bad guys on these forums from doing well.. you know, bad things?

I'm 21 years old and I live in California. My GMT is -8 so I am covered there. I don't have a high post count of these forums, I just like to lurk a lot and I can change that. I have moderated before (I currently moderate some channels on TwichTV), and I actually like doing it because it gets all those trolls and spammers out of there. We don't need those people on our forums.

I would like to point out that I'm active and can be on for a long time. Will that change? Maybe.. since I have Law Enforcement training in August. But at this moment I can be here at almost any time of the day.

[/quote']It's sound logic for the most part, the last thing this forum needs is moderators moderating other moderators if you catch my drift. Having an age restriction such as 21 for the most part ensures that this will not be such an issue. When I was 18 years old I was a much different person than at 21 so what they are trying to accomplish here makes a lot of sense. Things need to run smoothly without having to constantly keep track of people who should not be holding a position as a moderator.
