some suggestions...

there are some suggestions that i would like to offer.

they could be very nice and useful to all the dayZ players:

Key system-as you can see, most of the houses are "locked" so it would be nice if the creators will make a "key system"/

the keys will

scattered around cities and every key will be able to unlock a house or another building around the island.

in the houses you will be able to find some loot or useful items.

the keys can break if youre keeping it for too long(getting rusty and breaking).

Improved food and water system-the food and water are pretty easy to use and get, so it would be more challenging if it will be able to posion food and water to trick others or that the food can be posioned when picking it up and water will be the same.

soaked-while raining, the

survivors will walk slower becuse of the rain that getting soaked into thier equipment and

clothing

I think your key-system idea isn't realizable. All these buildings are basically in arma 2 - you would have to design a whole new lot. And I guess this would also lead to a loss of performance since it stresses the server way more if you have some hundreds of new accesable houses.

Your idea about poisoning might be an interesting feature for the future though.But at the right time, when the game has reached a certain level of complexity. Right now it would just end in poisoning every food beacause fuck you or pony. You need some social structures before poison could be used intelligently.
