server help please

Hi all , bought a 42 player server from

http://www.gamingdeluxe.co.uk

2 days ago, everything is supposed to be up and running,

filled in the specs of the machine on the portal thing , got generated email saying the id thing not approved due to system specs not good enough,

but what now?

we have this server from a gaming website and there are other gaming delux servers running on dayz.

bit new to this server stuff so go easy on me,

paid for a server, just want to play!

What part of system specs was not good enough?

GamingDeluxe website says

All of our Dayz Mod servers are run on Dell R210 vii with E3-1270 3.9ghz turbo'd processors with 16 GB ram 500 GB SATA 3 on 1gb conections.

It is more than anough for a DayZ server, even with the unnecessary high requirements from the DayZ staff. Maybe you filled the hardware specifications wrong? Did you mention that your server is from GamingDeluxe?
