Element47 2480 Posted July 26, 2012 this has nothing to do with grammar, its orthography.capitalization as a form of emphasis is a widespread tradition, especially in print publications. it has recently found increased use in online writing, where orthography and typography are used more creatively.i, personally, write all-lowercase, which is in turn also sometimes annoying for undiscerning, naive, ignorant people who rant on the internet based on other peoples writing style... :). 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
