Helping people is difficult

Hi. First of all im fully high end equipt. Maybe looking a little bit aggressive :-).

After sniping hundreds of people at cherno or elektro i decided to change my way of playing the game and tried to help people, here my experience.

1. Try i looked for an absolute fresh player without weapon. I talked to him and gave him all he needs to survive. Sucess

2. Try i tried to communicate with a player who was hiding in cherno, he game me no answers so i left.

3. Try i followed a player with just only an axe, so i thought ^^, and said that i want to help em. He changed to his handweapon and tried to kill me, well he only tried, i had to kill him.

4. Try i found a server where the sidechannel is still active. Rescued 4 people from bleeding out and gave em enough weapons to raid cherno ^^

So...its easy to help people as long as they have no weapons. Since they have an axe they will try to kill you. I dont like the idea to get the sidechannel back but we need a white flag or something that others can see that you want to help em. Otherwise helping others is russina roulette :-)

On this subject, I'd just like to say a big thanks to the French guy and the American I just met on US 1081. Long story short, by talking to each other we all got weapons and gear and got out alive.

Started off with us all talking from inside different buildings - so we were all in cover when it happened. A Total rush when we all met up and didn't start shooting!

DayZ doesn;t have to be a deathmatch to be fun!!!

on the other side of this, a guy who helped me today then decided he wanted his gun back and shot me and a friend in the back to get it.

this is why people kill on sight :)
