Based on what's in your inventory, i would say either:

1) You hacked in the gear

2) Killed a hacker 30 seconds earlier and picked up all his stuff.

The way you entered combat suggests no combat experience where you would be afraid of getting shot and losing all that nice gear,

A real ghillie suit ninja would approach them from the top of the hill and kill the guy in the back first.

Just sayin.

The way I entered combat was exactly as you should do, I didn't even know there was a second guy, that's why you see me zooming in on the second guy since I had no clue he was there, I thought it was his flashlight that bugged when he died.

Unarmed? First guy had an M16 and second guy NVG's and a M24. I would hardly call that "Unarmed" coast newbs.

Based on your gear I would guess that you were starting a fresh life and had gotten gear from a tent. You say you have cooked meat yet you have no hatchet, matches, or even a hunting knife. Only high value items either hacked in or from a tent.

And no, that gear is NOT easy to come by, I've hit the barracks 2x a day for weeks and just found my first M4 SD. And i've never even seen a gillie suit on the ground, only on people who run around bleeding and never die (hackers)

Hahaha.... I've found 4x guillies and 2 M4SD 1AS50 etc etc in less than 4 days. It's easily found if you loot enough NWAF.

I'm not calling the OP a hacker, but it looks as if he raided a tent or two. However, the second guy had all the tools, but the OP didn't bother taking anything...odd indeed... :|

Nope, I thought the second flashlight was just bugged from the first person. And when I first saw the flashlight my first thought was that it most likely would be an unarmed coast player running north without a weapon.

Why would I need a sidearm when I have an M4A1 CCO SD equipped with 7 Mags and an M107 with 3 Mags in my backpack?

GPS is the only thing you need in your toolbelt. (GPS = Map + Compass + GPS)

I carry only what I need, nothing more.

Yes, obviously I got the Ghillie from a tent.

And I didn't "raid" any tents, I have my own.

Ghillie suits where literally JUST put back in the re spawn loot tables today. Making that statement false and moronic.

And ghillies only spawn in residential houses, as no-one has confirmed a ghillie spawn in the barracks according to DayZ wiki.
