Hacked items and if I were to keep them

I just had a 2 hour encounter with some hackers. They stalked me and basically forced me to take weapons and equipment by spawning it on me...that was after they turned me into a cow, drove a jet at me and made me a dog.

If I have any of these items on me is there a chance of me getting banned at all?

I've killed myself various times and they items are no longer on me, but every now and then I kept coming across bodies that had loot that was not in the game, some of it was. I took some items that were in the game, would it be alright to keep that loot or should I just get rid of all of it?

I'm going to be polite as possible about this because you clearly don't understand.

They kept spawning the items in my inventory. If this is a new sort of revelation I have footage of it and am willing to upload it. But just because one fat headed mongoloid doesn't think it happened, I'm not uploading it. I have about 70gigs of fucking footage, and basically I'm not going to sift through it all just to appease to your insanely huge ego.

I've heard various sources stating you are allowed to use them as long as you didn't spawn them or had no part of spawning them.

I know which weapons are in the game at this moment, but what if someone have spawned those guns and haven't got them by scavenging. And then getting banned by that would be the most hilarious ban ever.
