is it possible to migrate from another host to you folks? I would like to move but not keen on starting over.

It's not possible to migrate the instance/location ID.

But, you can move the items over by adding them to your character and then storing them on the new server.

Is Dallas your only location option? That is getting pretty west of our locale.

Yup, but the UK still sees good pings. You shouldn't have any problems and - worst case - we give you a full refund if requested in the first three days or we can refund your time remaining if requested after that.

Feel free to look at the ping graphs on every node here (we just set this up) and you can get a pretty good indication of what your ping will be like based on your location.

We're quite happy with the Dallas location and want to continue to build up our account there. It provides good pings for the majority of the US and Europe - we certainly haven't had any complaints about high ping at any rate :)

Wanted to build off of Tyler's last post - we have hosted from Dallas with them for a few weeks now. ~10 of our members are from NE'stern Canada, and we also have a couple EU members (Ger/UK area). Our Canadian members consistently get ~90-110 latency, and our EU members get 120-140. Anything inside the US tends to be under 60 ping (on the East coast I get 35 or so). Considering the distance, the pings are pretty phenomenal - we've been impressed since day 1.

It comes with a free 25 slot mumble server on request - just make sure to include it in the order notes and I'll set that up for you.

Just got my server yesterday, but so far very impressed with Elpis Host. I put my order in at 5:41pm (EDT) ... and got the email confirming the server was up at exactly 6:41pm. This was on a Sunday evening. I was not expecting that. These guys don't mess around.

Are they not gamers or what? On a sunday I'd be all "I'll set that up tomorrow, these zombies aren't going to shoot themselves and I have to rescue those beans!"

Placed my order at 6:07 PM EST last night. A little over an hour later server was up, mumble was up everything was smooth and fast. You guys definately back up your statements so far!! I am getting pings in the high 50s connecting from Maine so not much else to do but kill Zeds. Thanks guys :beans: !

Probably out of you guys realm but do you have any advice for the vehicle/tent saving issues?

Nothing we can do about it unfortunately - DayZ has to release a fix :(

Do we have the latest dayz_server.pbo as referenced in this bug report: https://dev-heaven.net/issues/41502 ?

We have the official dayz_server.pbo file but we are unfortunately not allowed to modify it for you. Once DayZ has released a official fix the option will become available in the mod installer.

New options are available - I've decided to do away with the budget/premium options and have made the managed support level available on the order page. This now costs $15 and includes phone support. :)

Current clients will not be affected by this, if you have any questions regarding this change please do not hesitate to open up a support ticket.
