SystemiK 366 Posted August 15, 2012 Tyler and Brandon, just wanted to say thanks for the extremely fast and efficient setup, and major props also go to you guys also for having such great communication. After reading of all the horror stories from people trying to get a server hosted elsewhere I've been putting it off for the last month and a half. I simply could not find anyone who seemed to have a solid approval rating from their customer base and was not willing to be another unhappy customer.I have to admit I was expecting the worst, but it absolutely could not have gone any smoother. When I saw that you were out of ID's I figured a week turnaround would be the best I could hope for, but you had me up in less than 24 hours in spite of having no inventory when I placed the order. I was also extremely happy to see load times of 5 to 10 seconds. You definitely know your business, THANKS!!!If any of you are looking for a server host, look no further. These guys are the real deal.

uniqueprefix@googlemail.com 11 Posted August 16, 2012 how about pre configuring the servers with BEC installed and make it possible to have ANNOUNCED, SCHEDULED server restarts?
Tyler Salwierz 16 Posted August 16, 2012 Won't be possible, sorry! You can add into the MOTD when your restarts are scheduled though.
Goodsoup 7 Posted August 17, 2012 So looking at the premium server, it says total due today is 25.81, but it says the recurring monthly fee is $50. How does this work? Is my first month only $25.81 for a premium server, or $20 for a budget?

avid_gamer 132 Posted August 18, 2012 Okay..thinking of ordering today... what's the setup time for premium today?Do you have a Teamspeak server for support? Something other than ticket system?
Tyler Salwierz 16 Posted August 18, 2012 (edited) Within the hour during our SLA support hours. Otherwise, it can take between 5-10 hours.Currently the only method for support is the ticket system, but since our reply time is usually within ten minutes (during our SLA hours) that should be more then adequate. ChernoPTA 160 Posted August 20, 2012 (edited) This company has gone above and beyond the standards of service so far in my association with them.I generally don't shill for anyone, but every issue I have had, no matter how major or minor has been addressed by a support ticket response within minutes of me filing it. And usually the issue at hand is sorted out within an hour.Elpishost definitely makes the time to ensure they retain their customers. And that to me is what convinced me to switch my services from my previous host to a host that is far more customer focused. And Elpishost definitely seems to be that hosting company.I wish them all the success in the world, they're working for their money, unlike some other companies I could mention but will refrain from doing so.
