More low tech, soviet weapons

I´d suggest more low tech, soviet weapons to be implemented in DayZ.

At the moment my small subgroup of 5 is equipped with:

1. AS 50
   
2. M4 Camo SD
   
3. two M249 SAW (together we have like 3000+ ammo)
   
4. Bizon SD
   
5. MP5 SD
   
6. FN FAL Nightvision
   
7. ........and so on.....I think you know what I mean....
   

A few weeks ago my teammate had a MK 48. Much more than the M249 SAW this thing was a fully auto sniper with a 100 round magazine. Another killed with his L85 CWS scope many people at Stary Sobor (at night) before some server hopper shot him from behind.

These high tech military weapons are primarily made for PvP. A rusty AKM should be one´s end game weapon.

I find this ridiculous. I´d prefer to see more low tech weapons (bolt action rifles, sub machine guns, handguns, semi automatic rifles) like...

You don't have to use the 'high tech' shizzle.

Run around with a revolver and a Lee Enfield No.4.

Also, try finding that M14 AIM (with RDS).

I guess if you want more extreme fun just use a double barreled shotguns with only pellets.

I agree there needs to be more low tech weapons, but not that many. Just a few.

I could use a M14, but it´s too loud and we already have a M24 sniper rifle.

If I use low tech weapons and the others do not, I am gonna have a bad time.

Yeah, these were just some suggestions.

But the game lacks of soviet weapons.

Why the M240/ M249, why not the Pecheneg, RPK?

Why the M16/M4 GL, Holo, Acog, why not the AK107, AK 74 GL?

These have my support. Really, there are other russian weapons in ArmA2, I don't know why they didn't add them in. Maybe they will in the future?
