I fk'in love/hate dayz!

Recommended Posts

You know, when I saw the first trailer for Stalker back in 2002, DayZ was exactly how I imagined it. I bought ARMA II:CO in May for full price to support BIS/DayZ. I'm lovin this game.

15 minutes ago, I was at 10000 health and rocking 3 weapons. Then I went into my pack to switch to my mid-range weapon - when suddenly I fell on the floor with a fractured leg. My health was still the same 10000. I opened my inventory to discover everything I carried on my person, gone. Disappeared. Without anything for the leg I couldn't even get back to whence I came to grab another weapon. So I crawled... As I crawled, suddenly I was in mid-air, fell, and now in pain and bleeding. Without a bandage to patch myself up, I was dead.

In the span of 5 min, I got hit by 2 bugs, they killed me and took all my weapons and items. 2 bugs undid all my efforts, there was nothing I could've done.

I fkin hate this game. Hate it.

Come back next year then.

I'm pretty sure DayZ will be a bug-free and standalone game by then.

As far as i know, this was not a bug, but a hack.

I´ve heard stories of hackers doing exactly what you described.
