Stay away from the hacker infested Russian servers...

I am a US player, but as I hate playing in the night due to the fact that it is damn near impossible to do so without NVG, I try playing Russian servers during the night.

Notice that I play US servers most of the time, yet I haven't seen a single hacker there. Today, I encountered hackers twice, both on Russian servers. The first time was when my nooby friends were spawned in the middle of Stary Sobor and given NVGs + AS50 (He just got the game 2 days ago and can't even find a makarov on his own, let alone find his way North). This hacker didn't kill anyone (not that I know of at least) and was helping my friends, but I got the hell off nonetheless because it wasn't worth the rist.

Then, joining RU 17, the entire server gets teleported to the far far far far far far north west corner of the map(Basically the middle of nowhere. Just empty terrain). Luckily I D/C'd fast enough to not get killed, but Iended up running a distance worth the size of another entire Chernarus just to get back within borders, nearly dying because of thirst and hunger... Wasted a friggin' hour and a half just to get back onto the map at Skalka...

Looks like the bad repuations of Russians and online gaming has carried over to DayZ now..

Oh, and anyone else find it funny how Rocket is still sticking with the obviously incompetent and useless BattleEye anti-cheat? I mean these server wide hacks, where the hacker can literally spawn things onto people, turn them into animals, and teleport them anywhere should be so fucking detectable it's not even funny.

LOL maybe your lowlife ass should go troll elsewhere? First off I had 2 encounters within 45 minutes of RU servers, and NO SHIT I'M GONNA D/C AFTER BEING TELEPORTED TO THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE IN A CLUSTERFUCK WITH OTHER PLAYERS.

Maybe any neurologists here(if any are here) would care to explain the amazing pheonomon in the post above me? I seriously think this is a scientific breakthrough in the science of retardation.

Yeah I never come across hackers when I play valve games like TF2 and L4D...But I'm not an expert in the specific technological area, but for christ's sakes I don't think BattleEye even does shit.

Racist? I just said to stay away from certain servers because from my observations they have a higher rate of hackers..i've joined 5 so far and 2 had hackers. I'm 100% chill with Russians in real life and I love Russian military/music/people. I'm just saying though, my experience with Russian servers on DayZ is horrible and I'm just giving people a heads up.

yeah yeah, and ur 146% sure that on RU servers there're ONLY RU players and that was defenately a RU cheater, not a FR, BR. US. EU etc. Cheaters are EVERYWHERE and stop bitching about Russian, coz u make a stereotype that US hate RU if so - avoid RU servers and accept that Chernarus is RUS, so a lot of Russians is more realistic =^.^= :-D

Haha, my russian friend tells me to stay away from russian servers, no clue why but I guess coming from him... it's best to stay away.

He said so himself, not all Russians hack but.. sadly some do.
