Weird glitch: Spawning at the cost with all my gear.

So, I logged in, and half a second after seeing the "Setup completed, please wait" message I get the "Respawning in 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.." and the scoreboard, but I don't get the "You are dead" screen, I got teleported in debug wilderness without any gear and very low FPS. There was also the "MeDuzZ- died" in chat.

I switch servers, all my gear is back, I look around, and I am at the coast east of cherno (I logged out near Devil's castle). In the server's scoreboard, it says I died one time.

I am happy I still have my hard earned gear, and I don't mind being at the coast again, I just want to know if I'm the only one who got this?

This happened to me yesterday..

I just headed back north.. Stealthily.

Had this happen several times, also had this happen and it spawned me outside the main map in complete nothing, no trees or anything at all. Good thing i had a map or i would have just killed myself.

Random coast-starts are infrequent but they happen. You're lucky you have your gear, a lot of people don't get to keep it.

its a fix to an issue where people would sometimes spawn in debug and be stuck there or have to respawn or run back (very long run)

so now if you get the corrupted spawn location and sent to debug you just relog and your sent to the coast with all your stuff.
