Injured from a fall whilst crawling

What happened:

I was on about 1900 blood and was in the multi levelled building opposite the Supermarket in Vybor, I crawled out the back door and then collapsed as if I'd fallen, leaving me with about 500 blood, I then bled out.

Crawling around, not being chased by zombies

*Timeline of events before/after error:

Was exploring the supermarket and the multi levelled building opposite for food, crawled out the back on the ground floor to explore elsewhere and suddenly was unconcious.
