Hiding Bodies

I am an opportunistic bandit. I don't actively seek people to kill, but when I see someone, and I think I can take them down, I do. When I do this however, and succeed, once me and whovever may be with me takes what I want, I hide the body so they can't come back and retrieve any of their hard earned items. Of course I also do this when I get attacked first by a bandit. Am I the only one that does this, and what are your thoughts on the behavior?

I always loot and dispose of bodies.

The only time I don't do that is when I use bodies to lure other survivors to them, i.e. near military tents e.t.c.

Often when I kill someone there isn't much of a body left to hide.

I only hide bodies of people who have high end gear. I will kill just about anybody who is armed with a weapon with any sort of range whatsoever, but unless they've got something they had to hit helicopters for, I generally won't hide their body and move on. May as well let 'em grab their shit, assuming nobody else decides to or kills them.

I only hide boddies to cover my trail, nothing like a fresh cropse saying; "A murderer was here!" for the next several minutes.

Same goes for zombies, nothing like fresh corpses to give away your presence.

Every body I come into contact with I dispose of. I am worried they might stand up. I've watched a AS50 sink into oblivion and felt an odd sense of relief. I didn't even kill the guy, but i knew this gun was responsible for many of innocent deaths.

I do it to cover my tracks and because I think it's funny that they might try to run back to their body to get some of their gear back only to find nothing.

Only if I'm going to stay in the general area or if there's a decent gun on the body that I don't have room to pick up.

IMO, be nice to noobs. Don't bother hiding that body that has a Czech backpack and a winchester.

But if you see/make a body that has an AS50, Coyote Backpack, L85, or any M4(basically military grade stuff), hide that shit!

Usually i take what i want and move on depending on my mood, i might decide i don't want you running back for all your gear. As for people hiding my high end gear i probably won't care as i'm too lazy to run all the way back anyway and i'll probably just run straight into Balota airstrip/deerstands for quick military gear.

I don't hide bodies when its a lone bandit, whom attacks us, However if its a enjoyable back and forth engagement, I leave the gear for the guys to get most of their gear back.

Most of the time I don't bother hiding bodies. It takes time, and if I've gotten into a firefight I want out of the area as quickly as possible. Too often people get themselves killed because they linger over a players body instead of just moving along.

I base this on the situation. If I find some random guy in the middle of a forest and I just happened to see him first (pretty much if he was just unlucky) I will leave this body. If I find a guy at the airfield or some high risk place I hide the body (more than likely he wouldn't even be the next one too it). Lastly if he shoots at me and yet I still kill him then most def hide the body. So pretty much I hide it unless I feel the guy just got a bit unlucky.

I only hide them if I'm near the coast and they had decent weapons on their body because I don't want anyone in the immediate area to get a free gun to kill with me and I don't want the person I killed to come back, claim his gun, and try to kill me with it. If I'm not near the coast then I honestly don't worry too much about it.
