Top guys / gals, I been through there many times but only on way to airfield, never noticed a camp

Is there anything worth having there?

Same loots as NE airfield with less danger. Although Berezino is now the new Cherno and Elecktro.

Step 3: He outfitted "camo" outfit. <camo outfit, changes your clothes to camo and removes hat>

Not quite true. There are items that spawn in the NWA barracks that don't spawn anywhere else.
