Looking for low capacity server

Hey, anyone know of a server that has a play capacity in the 10-15 player range? It's annoying logging onto a server that is 7/30 and once i spawn in it jumps to 17/30.

I'm fairly sure the minimum slots a server can have is 40. I'm quite certain that's an enforced rule.

AFAIK all NEW servers are recquired to have a minimum of 40 playerslots.

I think any older server can have a minimum of 25 or so.

Al though I have seen 10 and 15 slots servers before, so I don't know...
