Need a good third party program for automated server restarts.

Basically what I'm asking is... sincfe I'm new to the server hosting bizz, are there any programs out there that will automatically restart my server every 12 hours and give a warning message to the players on my server? Also, what about a ping kicker? Once I get these two things established I'll be all set. Thanks in advance!

The answear is easy: http://ibattle.org/

which won't work on hosted servers, it's a server side app only which is unfortunate to a lot of people that use hosted servers. Most control panels allow for scheduled restarts. I'd check there first.
