Less broken bones from BS

I suggested this inside anothr thread but I was wondering what people thought about reducing the instances of BS broken bones.

Like when you close a door and crush your legs, no need for that.

I propose that zombies and bullets break bones and thats it.

Is that too little, or should a deer stand ladder cripple us?
