Am i a Bandit now?

JUst asking now i know i will have the bandit skin now but would you consider someone who shoot someone to safe his own live as a bandit?

Backstory:

I was sitting on a roof eating my beans then someone was shooting around like hell. I saw him right in front of me only like 100 meters on the bottom floor. I asked him several times if hes friendly. Then i notice his sniper rifle aiming at me. Since i didnt get a answer i point blank headshot him with my sidearm and his body hits the floor. i didnt loot him and went my way.

I feel bad somehow to kill him but would you do the same?

Don't worry, the bandit transitions are being eliminated so I don't think you should register as one now. But you did the right thing in shooting him.

maybe not a bandit but definitely a murderer. that said if you gave the guy enough time to answer friendly (assuming you told him, guy with sniper rifle, aiming at me, around *bush *building etc friendly or enemy?) or not does ease things a bit for your own conscious
