How to transfer player data

Hi. Im trying to shift all my data from my laptop to my pc as so far i have been playing on my laptop while i wait for a replacement graphics card for my pc. Now that i have it i need to switch all my data over along with my player data. Can anyone help/guide me with this as i feel th at if i screw up even a bit i might lose all my data. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You could try using the mighty copy function windows has?

Or you will need to setup the game again.

Protip: CD key = Your character.

If you want to backup all Arma2 stuff, backup:

  • My Documents\Arma2 other profiles folder
  • Export registry branch
    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Bohemia Interactive Studio\\ArmA 2 OA\\key

    [*]your Program Files\Bohemia Interactive folder

Move it all to new PC. Place files in the same paths as on former OS. Click the registry file to import your cdkey.

100% tested and working. Done many times.
