This ladies and gentlemen, is a script.

It's used a lot in DayZ currently because people either use Bypasses or find a server that doesn't currently have said script blacklisted.

You may have noticed within the script it tells you what they are spawning and how.

private ["_dummy"]; _dummy = [_this,"onload"] execVM "\MyScripts\ammo.sqf"

This script is showing you him executing a file from his directory named MyScripts therefore this is used very commonly, the user will hold shift + press P and a ammo crate will spawn directly in front of him/her giving him/her access to every legal weapon in DayZ.

The Script above is him reattempting to spawn a single item / spawn items in the "DZ_Backpack_EP1" which is the Coyote backpack as you will know it.

This is a bannable offence. Global banning offence for that matter.
