Looking for a server home

So I had settled on US602 as a home server and now, of course, it's shutting down on 31 July.

So, can anyone recommend a good server that keeps up with restarts and isn't dominated by some clan?

I play mornings at 4 am pacific and I'm on the US West Coast.

You can also try out US 382, you should probably find one with a pretty decent ping.
