Random Death - suspected hack

Ok so I recently died to a hacker on another server and was starting off again today. I managed to pick up a makarov and a bunch of ammo for it then as I was heading up to the firestation I randomly get a broken leg and die but my blood was still at 4850 and I wasn't bleeding. I also did not hear any shots since joining the server (around 1hour).

crawling as in prone or crouch? i was crouch walking

Ok. I've been killed by terrain while prone and turning before, but not crouching.
