3rd person view mode!?

okay i have put up a threat about this before and im still stuck on it i took there suggestions and nuffing so im going to do it again in hope these new details will get me awnsers

ok here i go...

well i got told that clicking on enter will put me to 3rd person mode so i tryed it and all that happened was my guy zoomed out alittle but i couldent see my hands any more or my guy at all!

i was on a veterain difficulty but then i went on a new server with a lower difficulty and i tryed it again the same happened i got told lower then veterain people cannot change the setting no 3rd person mode is that true if so how can i fix my problem ? :(

Try deleting your local player profile? Generally located in Libraries\Documents within an ARMA2 Folder. Then... start up the game and re-create a player.

P.S. Making threats will get you no-where, after all its in Alpha ;-)

Ensure the server also has it enabled.

You need to find a server that has 3D:on in the description. Also it's NUMPAD/enter that your looking for.

Some servers have 3rd person disabled.

Find another.

Press Enter on your numpad.

If you're on a laptop, go to control settings and change the view mode button.

iv done that and it just blinks and zooms out alittle but other people in the same server claim to have 3rd person on i think my guy is bugged
