I know in many cultures people consume blood of a hunted animals, and I think a blood should be available for drinking after animal is killed and gutted.

As an option it may partly restore hunger level, and partly restore thirst level.

LOL. I know that middle-east religions (both Islam and Judaism) taboo blood consumption, but in most of EU and in USA people consume blood products.

Just a few on a list: blood sausage, black pudding, blood pancakes, blood soup, blood tofu etc.

And some cultures consume raw blood.
