how do i install th new pathc / hotfix?

i noticed in the server browser and on here that there is a new patch / hotfix but how do i keep my version up to date?

I'm running Arma 2 & Op Arrowhead via steam

same way u got the mod lol d/l the new files and put them in the addons folder

thanks guys, unfortuanlty the suto downlaoder someone made doesnt work fro me, do i then remove the old version of the mod completly and repalce it with the new one, or is overwritting where needed ok?
