I have no idea how this person got it, but i was on Russian 9 just now, near the NW airfield and hear a "woosh" and then everyone in the area died. There is NO weapon in the game that does that...What is going on?

When I say area I mean everyone around the NW airfield. 5 guys all dead thousands of meters apart.

Probably a rocket launcher. Pretty sure they are implemented, just extremely rare. I believe the launcher takes your bag slot and a rocket takes like 4 slots. so its pretty risky to take it if I am correct.

It was not an ingame weapon lol. There is not a weapon that kills everyone in a huge radius like this.

Confirmed. Everyone on the server that was around the NW and bolota airfields were killed all at once. Half the server now respawned on the coast......

I was on that same server and was a few miles away from the NW Airfield. I heard two HUGE explosions but couldn't see anything because I was too far away.

Whatever it was, it must have been massive for me to hear it from that distance...

This happened before a few times, most of the time the WHOLE server population was killed and someone namend greywolf was banned for lifetime from the Char data server.

But an area kill script seems handy and that was done for sure on purpose to prepare a safe hacker group airfield raid.

Rocket can for sure find out who it was and make an end to it.

^ This. I mean it sounds harsh but... it's just something true Day Z players get used to. Especially us without any real group. We get some stuff lose it and well... dust it off. It's time to give it all a go again. Hopefully to get further or have more luck than last time.

Luckily I ran all the way back and got my stuff....and then ran into a barn and some bandit was up there looting a dead guy! We killed each other....Got my stuff back by running back again lol. I left that server and I am never returning there. Very bad luck there Greg seriously....

Very interesting, I joined RU9 earlier (died in the night on US server, wanted to be in day to start my char back up). Right away I noticed something odd, a rocket was fired into the air in the town I spawned nearby. I then heard what sounded like a tank. I started recording some video and saw someone driving an APC (not sure what vehicle exactly, I'm not an Arma 2 player), running over trees and stuff. Pretty sure that's not a vehicle in DayZ.

Also my friends that joined the server noticed other odd things, such as churches in places they shouldn't be. Something odd is happening on this server, and needs to be investigated.

Actually that explosion looks smaller, but it could be farther away, I need blastcore to tell.

Either way it's a hack.
