Hi all we rent Zombie RPG - dayz - DE 6 - UK based community server.

Please visit us when you can :)

Our current ping is set to 125ms maximum to keep things smooth for everyone. (higher pings get auto kicked by battleye)

It is infact a 50 player server but we have been running it at 40 today to see if it produces better performance, we'll see.

A UK player will get an average of about 40ms to this server.

Everyone is welcome, it starts to go dark on this server about 12midnight.

But our server is a full day/night cycle just minus a few hours for the uk/eu countries...

We essentially would like to build it up and get some vehicles built up and take some ideas from the "loot bus" videos and help people out, but thats a long way to go lol, i don't even know where any vehicles spawn :(

We have updated to the beta version of the server, it is 100% better and very stable too.

You can find information on beta patches in the stickies.

I would also like to add that we will re-enable VOIP or local map position once we figure out which one of the two was causing our recent server downtime. :)

Example:

Map issue = VOIP re-enabled but no local map postion.

We will do this once the script that cleans dead zombies from the game is functioning as it should as of right now 50 slots would mean very frequent restarts as player FPS performance would fall through the floor at this moment we believe the best option right now is to run reduced slots (usually 40 or 35 slots) to minimise restarts.

Our server provider pulled our server down today for around 2 hours to perform necessary upgrades this was unfortunately out of our hands.

We also tried to add in a timed message of the day that would repeat itself, however it messed up and added to the initial downtime.

We apologise

Our server should be back to normal operation tomorrow (12/06/12).

Tents, cars and everything respawned so next time ya on, ya should see them.

Server was playing up today, it's fixed now, increased to 40 slots for now the lag is killin' this mod, rocket needs to sort it out.

Yeah tents are back. Still desync problems tho :( no lag when looting ect however!

Guys hello.

We need your help. Today after the server restart we lose all of our staff we had in our tents.

We have join DE6 few minutes after restart and all of our staff are gone.

this Server was canceled today by messhall and is running without Admins and isnt maintained at all.

will be turned off until a new Hoster/clan is found.

Actually the DE6 server is in 1.7.1.4v but it is listed as 1.7.1.5v.

Hi guys, was killed by a cheater flying an attack heli (about 12:10AM). when i respawned, friends came for me with a car. i went towards them for like 10min, when we heard a heli again. he destroyed our car with his attack heli and crashed after that. i went for him and lootet this fat sniper gun (mk16 blabla). i instantly checked back if this weapon was implemented in dayz and dropped it as soon as i realized that it was cheated. hope you can check the logs and ban this guy. sry for looting the sniper...wasn't sure about it...just killed 1 zombie and instantly dropped it after that.

Hi guys!

It has been several months since i play on DE6 server and sometimes after some server restart (not all) vehicles and tents unspawn, 2-3 times this month.

I know about current problems with tents and stuff saving due to last update but my question is

Its a server side database problem or just due to last update?
