I was with my friend entering Elektro, we heard a big gun outside. Figuring the bastard left after a bit, we started crawling out of the small industrial building. What happens next? Well some dickhead shoots me with a .50. What's wrong with that? I ONLY HAD A FUCKING HATCHET! Are you people kidding me? You kill a player who only has a hatchet and an allis pack? Honestly? If you have a fucking .50 why the fuck are you killing a player with a hatchet and a common backpack?

Oh what happens next? Well he gives my unarmed friend a silenced m9, and tells him to "get out of his city".

You people are fucking ridiculous, I'm getting a gun and shooting everyone on sight, friendly or not, I don't give a damn.

He might of needed ur bag on the last update most ppl lost all slotted items ie. main gun backpack pistol and tools he could've been like me and just had an extra rifle in his tent an

d needed a new bag. I know this happened to me and I killed a noob with a 1911 for his pistol food medical supplies tools and bag cus I needed all of em I'm pretty sure he was rageing on why a guy with a ghille and SVD camo would kill him.

Also, shooting on sight is a double edged blade. I got my first murder though it was more in self defense, and I also shot my friend with my M1014, which he then rage quitted and shut off his computer...

thing about new spawn characters is that u cant tell if theyre noobies or bandits, ive tried to help a guy with nothing out, he didnt say anything, went to the nearest barn got a hatchet and preceeded to run after me and my friend with a hatchet(we both had ghillies, m16s and an as50) kept on yelling at him not to be an idiot but he kept swinging like a wild man so we had to put him down... I cant even trust people who have nothing now :\

A hatchet is still a threat. Killed a guy who had an M4A1 CCO and M1911 using only a hatchet last night and won. Enjoying my new NVG's and GPS.

Edit: Also, was a fresh spawn. I was in game for ~20 minutes before my encounter. I only had the hatchet, some food, and a couple sodas. Now I'm stocked on med supplies, tools, food, water/soda, and a better form of self defense. So, even freshly spawned characters can fuck up a geared up player.

As far as I was concerned the guy told him that if he saw the m9 in his hand, he was dead. I believe there was another person but I'm not sure.

Aside from that he was a pussy, I mean he was going all "Yes sir, yes sir ok whatever you want".

Ugh. I would've just shot him dead. Oh well, because as of now enjoying my new AS50! *shiny*

Here are some examples of why people get shot that have hatchets, enjoy.

Both within a week of each other, the attempt on my life was just yesterday and 5 minutes into playing that night.

Majority of bandits dont really give a fuck, they try to justify themselves that its boring to play the game without PvP, but killing an unarmed person whos defenseless isnt PvP its douchebaggery. They want to be a bandit very badly, yet cant be arsed to killing people who can kill back. Try not to turn into a wannabe bandit, they give us a bad name :)
