Today I found my first ever gun!

I got the game yesterday and keep on finding hatchets but never found a gun.

So today I went into a supermarket through the back and found the makarov, but no bullets. So I kept searching and then I found a M1911 with 4 clips, and I'd seen more clips before not far away, score! Then i turned round and someone emptied a clip into me.

.45's are pretty easy to find. I usually find them in the castle or supermarkets. You'll find .45 mags everywhere, so pick them up even if you don't have a weapon yet, because odds are, you'll find one soon enough.

20 mins of play these days, i can find an akm and a 45 pistol and an alice pack with most of the tools, once you learn the loot points dieing isnt so much a problem, just start of another trip.

Not complaining, it's a steep learning curve. It was just utterly gutting, I was doing really well like Solid Snake avoiding all the zombies, but as soon as I saw a bit of loot I got all excited like and was as useless as Johnny Akiba.
