Is there a new patch out because I see this server US 883 and I can not join my friends server becuase it says the server version is 1.62 and it says my version is alslo 1.62, any new patch out or what, thank you!

The latest version is the one at the top of the screen in the green bar (95208) :-

http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/

Run arrowhead and see what version yours says in the bottom right of the screen in the main menu to find out if your upto date.
