LU123 admin kicking players for not being in the teamspeak

There is a message on the server (MOTD maybe? or just an automated announcement every few minutes) saying that everyone must be in the teamspeak at all times and every 30 minutes they will check and kick anyone not in the teamspeak. Every 30 minutes, about half the server gets kicked. Me and my friend were both kicked for this, I didn't take a screenshot but this can be clearly evidenced by simply joining the server, viewing the automated warning and being online but not in teamspeak whenever the admin checks, because you will be kicked.

Thats what happens when carebears get to host a server... And they say bandits are ruining the game.
