Is it aganst the rule to kick ppl who just sit im my server lobby and dont join, because they use spot that people who wana play could use

If the server is full, then I'll usually kick long time lobbyers to let new people in (I check the list on a regular basis to see who's in and out).

Same - I kick lobby squatters as well as those who jump in while the server is creating/briefing.
