perestain 33 Posted July 21, 2012 (edited) You cannot as far as I am informed.If you're paranoid about stream-snipers, put an overlay over your name.Some streamers even block the chat and the area where your name is shown when the inventory menu is up.It looks quite silly, but the feeling of security has always had its price... dashx73 (DayZ) 168 Posted May 24, 2013 how do you remove the debug monitor that is in the top right hand of the screen on most servers, its annoying and sometimes overlays on top of my other hud indicators, wish this feature was something that would pop up when using the map or something instead of always on all the time. dashx73 (DayZ) 168 Posted May 24, 2013 - I look forward to the standalone, and issues like this debug monitor just removed from the game, it takes away from the "immersion" of the game, - I don't need to know things like the server name, or my fps, or my blood, or how many kills I have, this should be shown in a scoreboard like menu that you can access thru the map menu, or by pressing the "p" key.. either way, I want to remove it, but so far I have not found a solution how to. some say pressing the Insert key works however I have not found that to be the case.TO THOSE WHO CAN READ: after visiting the forums only a few times I have noticed a high level of immaturity and just "stupid" replys that people make, if you do not have anything intellectual to communicate why do you bother posting. If you don't know the answer to a question its proper to just not reply, instead of fill the forums with your foolishness. Its better that you just don't reply, but I shouldn't need to waist another post to tell you this, sadly you will probably just reply with the same ignorance to this as you have every other post. Saethkept 134 Posted May 24, 2013 Some of the custom debug monitors - like the OP is talking about - do come with a bindable key option to turn them on or off. Depending on what server you play most on OP, I would ask the server owner/admin if such is the case with debug monitor they use. Unfortunately, the code for most all custom debug monitors is placed in the server mission .pbo init.sqf file which is server side, so I do not think there is anything one could do to turn it off client side.
