On a more serious note, you might wanna get a Mumble server if you're starting anything serious. Those servers are dirt cheap and pretty good also

Well, I do play with a group but like half of us are on holiday and I don't really have any communication with my guys at the moment :/ just try to group up via the forums. that's what I did
