Whenever I see a person in a ghillie suit

You can still get Ghille suits from Helo crash sites and certain residential areas but they are extremely rare to find. It doesn't mean that who ever has them is a hacker, but most likely a bandit. So shooting anyone with a ghille suit is still recommended but claiming they are hackers is a bit uncalled for.

is most likely a hacker. open fire. sorry, but since they are removed from loot table, the chances of you actually haveing a legit one is very low, so you probably deserve the bullet.

Players like you ruin the game. Plus how do you know for a fact its been removed? Players can still loot it from helicopter crash sites if im not misaken.
