FN FAL Spawnrate?

Ive been Looting Helicrashsites for a while now(about 30) and noticed that most of them always spawn a FN FAL, although it only has a 0,86% spawnrate according to the dayzwiki. Is the Wiki wrong or am i just lucky(or unlucky)?

The wiki must be wrong. At 7 out of 10 crashsites there's atleast one FAL for me.

still bloody good rifles, better then almost every M and AK variant though so its not all bad :P

Same, it's a pretty common loot ... even the scoped ones.

Chances are, OP, when you get to the choppers, thay have already been taken.

Yup, FALs are in most choppers I find. Though it's a very good gun, one of my favorites. It feels like an enfield with better fire rate.

Try going for deer stands in the wild. Just always look around and zoom in when you run from deer stand to deer stand. Try to look at a map like on dayzdb, and work out a route with lots of opened fields, and run it. You will find choppers eventually, And even if you don't, you'll have all the goodies from the deer stands. I have found atleast 25 choppers this way.

This map doesn't have most choppers I have found, it's far from complete, but a good start.

Most heli's have 1-2 Bizon's and 1-2 FN FAL's. It does get annoying.

Although now I have an M249 I found at one.
