How could i make DayZ run faster???

Post your system specs.

Make sure all drivers are up to date.

Make sure the 3D resolution and normal resolution are the same.

Reduce visibility.

Have you fed you're hamsters and given them fresh water?

its not always good to have everything on low, if you set all low its will use more CPU and less GPU

Put memory on default and shadows all the way up or all the way down.

Memory on default uses all the memory on your GPU. Putting shadows in the middle somewhere makes your CPU draw them, lagging your game. HDR and Post Processing all the way down helps. Also, AA should be off if you want the best performance. Ansitropic I leave all the way up, it doesn't seem to hurt and it looks a lot better.

There are several programs that does this and I would recommend cleaner.

You should try to defragment your pc. (Idk if it's called defragment in english)

Also try Game Booster Some people hate it, some people swear by it. I like that is kills unwanted processes and services. Also it has screenshots and and FPS counter that I rely on all the time now.

Be careful about suggesting defragmenting, although it's not exactly mainstream right now but that's bad advice to SSD owners.

Not suppose to defragement SSD's it can ruin them, just put in (if you have an HDD) just in case.

ArmA runs faster with a fresh installed OS of course but you wouldn't want to do that every week do you? :)

GTX 560Ti 1gb@900mhz

4gb DDR2@800mhz

And stil, resolution 1920x1080 in both, interface and 3D

AA off, everything else on max - no matter what I set it on, the performace will not increase, and I am getting about 35fps in wilderness and small towns, and drops down to 15fps in bigger towns(measured with FRAPS).

The fact that changing any graphic settings makes me believe that the problem is not with GPU, but the CPU is slowing me down, I might OC it to 3.4-3.6ghz, but currently I have only stock heatsink, so I dont think it'd be good idea...

Well, any other ideas how to improve my performace would be essential

EDIT: I have read somewhere that some of the AO beta patches should somehow increase performance about 100%, but cannot find the thread now, anyways, installed today latest beta patch, and performance did not get better.

I get the same frames as you and I have one less core, and mine run at 2.2 GHZ. You also have a much newer GPU with double the memory of me.

Average servers I get 35-40 and like 25-15 in the offices, etc. (the office really lags for me), There are some good server though where I get closer to 60 in the woods, 30 in town. For DayZ the server performance is about 50% of the equation I think. The best computer on Earth is going to be choppy if the server needs a restart.

Lower the 3D to about 1600x??? to fix this. I had the same problem and I when I lowered the 3D it worked.

Apparently this helps people a ton. Go to Documents < ArmA 2 < ArmA2OA.cfg and change:

GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1000;

GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=3;

to

GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1;

GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1;

Also, some servers are far more laggy than others. Some struggle with object cleanup, while others have absolutely no problems. Try several different servers to see if you notice a difference.

It's just because the HDD could access the textures faster. loading also causes a lot of frame loss.

Dont get Game Booster, Get CCleaner and run it when ever your down playing so it deletes and clears bad data and stuff. It helps
