are you really trying to convince people to steep down to your pathetic level of treating human beings as loot bags?

I had a 2 weeker with zero kills, I generally avoid players because out of everyone I've meet in-game(random player) only 2 have not killed me. Even than if i'm spotted I try to get in a tactical location and wait to see if they come to kill me or just go on their way.

Me and my buddies give fair warning to anyone in the area, we'll shoot to kill. We've been fucked over helping others too many times even though we outgunned them every time. Everyone acts nice until they have a gun to your back.

I ran into (almost literally) a guy today in Balota. He had an alice pack & I think an M4. I just had a hatchet. I told him I was looking for my friend I was playing with, and he said he saw someone down the road. I told him what I saw in the airfield loot-wise and we went our separate ways. There ARE normal people out there...but it's luck of the draw.

The stats are misleading. Many many people commit suicide if they spawn unfavorably. I suicided at least 5 times a couple nights ago, after dying to a bandit, in order to get closer to my friends. On some servers I have seen the same player commit suicide a dozen or more times.

As has been said a million times (confirmed by rocket), deaths within the first few minutes are not included in those stats. If you don't know what you're talking about, just stfu.

You do have to wonder out of all the times someone has shot at you, how many players have saw you, perhaps had you in their sights with a rifle of some sort, but let you go because you currently pose no threat to them?

I'm sure you'd be surpised at how many times. I have seen many players running by and I've dropped low and watch them run by. Only difference is there are so many stories on the forums of people being killed, it really makes it seem like thats what everyone does, because hardly anyone posts stories of "I let some guy go".

Oh yes, I did. I let some guy go. I remember very well, this was on the Server FR 31 which "encourages cooperative gameplay over PvP" (I was still young, I believed them). A man was making his way in the village of Dolina: he was shooting some zombies and I, hidden in a bush, was aiming at the zombies wondering if I should help him (he did not really need). Well, he finally saw me and went immediately at pistol range to gun me down, just as I was starting to type a friendly message on the chat.
