You have to buy the BAF and the PMC DLC in order to get high-res textures. The content you have is onyl the free lite content being included in ArmA 2: CO

You probably have the Private Military Company and British Armed Forces DLC, right? I only have Arma CO and I read somewhere it only has "lite" versions of some of the skins, hence the poor quality.

Nah I only have Combined Operations. I may be wrong, I haven't played DayZ in almost a week.

So dogs. Yeah. Found these little guys by the docks in Elektro.

Did not know they were a thing and searching for the word dog in the forums led me to 0 results.

So if these little dudes were hacked/scripted into this random UK server

Then I love whoever did it, regardless. Dude deserves a medal.

Shame they were legit targets for zombies or I would have taken more pictures.

EDIT: Turns out these guys were hackers. Explains why the dog on the right was bleeding.

Server got hacked last night but not before I shot down some pricks in a chopper... Which then proceeded to crash land a bout thirty feet away from me!

Upon respawning near the crash on the coast I see this in the distance.

Minding my own business scavenging for food when some guy called 'melonsarecool' pulls up behind me on a trials bike, urging me to hop on so we could evade the helicopter circling above. Hesitantly, I climbed on the back, he must've sensed I was a thrillseeker as he proceeded to drive around the countryside like a complete lunatic whilst the pursuing helicopter used me for target practise. Eventually my leg inexplicably broke putting an end to the fun, it was at this point I told him it that although it had been a laugh-riot could he please drop me off at the next village so I could find somewhere comfortable to bleed to death.
