When you customize your character, you can change their head. And that's not camo, that's the zombie head.

They look like they were not rendered yet and as if you took that SS from a distance. JUST the clothes.

You probably have the Private Military Company and British Armed Forces DLC, right? I only have Arma CO and I read somewhere it only has "lite" versions of some of the skins, hence the poor quality.
