Okay, so here's the question. Why is it that in a game where it is pretty much the end of the world via a Zombie Apocalypse WE ALL KILL EACH OTHER??? I mean WTF? If this really happened people would kill people but not at such a large scale. People KILL people ON SIGHT; now that just isn't right.

This isn't an argument, it's a debate. Please tell me your opinion.

ITS A GAME!!!!!!, jeesus christ, are you sick in the head? are you? you some kind of mental dude behind a pc? its a game, we play it to have fun, so we kill people to have fun, or help them, we decide, since its OUR game, as long as we play the game without using any sort of hacks or cheats then you can do NOTHING about it, live with it or leave, atleast some of the people who kill you arent disconnecters, my group is against it, but we damn right kill anyone we come across, weapon or no weapon.

well first if I may ask could you clean up your post to be a little less flame bait.

and not everyone is trying to kill everyone, its just dayz lacks features that encourage pre-made groups to work or bring in randoms and supports just killing them off. For the record I try to communicate with players before shooting them, this includes if i'm being shot at. (I'll find cover and try to get within voip range and talk to the guy/gal.) Now the problem I see is that if your within voip range players will count you as a threat since your so close but how else are we to show we aren't threats ?.?

If a crack opened up on the Earth and demons from hell started coming out, I probably wouldn't grab a sword and make my way down into the pit. But when I play Diablo, that's what I do. Because that's what Diablo is about.

DayZ is about killing zombies and people. So I kill zombies and people.

Zyfer your whining as bad as he is. Just my opinion. The whole shoot on site thing is a hard issue to discuss. I have been pk'd twice and evaded 3 other times but I finally cracked down and shot a guy in the face after he shot 3 clips at me from an M4. I didn't have to kill him, I had made my way around him via cover and he had no idea where I was. I just shot him because I was sick of that kind of behaviour.

Morale of the story is that players are douches, just look at zyfer if you don't beleive me.

HAHA you can call me a douche or whatever you want, its a game and its the internet, its not some serious job or RL commitment, i dont need to follow someones QQ rules because they cant take being shot in a...... wait for it......... game..... i know alot of you cry in cod and bf3 because you get owned, and then call someone a hacker, yeah i feel ya lol, then you come to this game, and expect different? what the? this game has weapons, and im damn right gonna use them on something else than bot zombies, and soon it will be only because of whiners whining about being killed, im not even gonna loot, just hide the body and watch ur stuffz sink into the ground as i laugh, yeah, thats the community QQ'ers are making soon, people are getting fed up, so keep on strolling down that beautifull road, and let me know if your happy about it.

i have been killed aswell, but so what? right now my char is like 6-7 days old, and im waiting for my death so i can start over, this might result in me just being in cherno making everyones day a living hell, not because im a troll, but because they get so butthurt and should worry and whine about other things in life than something so little, its the same in eve, people whine about being killed, or being robbed, when its a sandbox game, you CANNOT whine about anything but hacks and cheats and exploits, stuff that makes the game unplayable for others like shutting down a server or using aimbot and wallhack and spawning stuff or disconnecting. if you get shot from the get go, spawn another place, or think about what you did wrong when you looted cherno, did you sneak in cherno? cuz thats stupid.

people today needs shit served on a silver plate before they can actually function, they cant just go ahead and learn from their own mistakes, and when you cant acknowledge that YOU made the mistake yourself, then they come to the forum and whine about other players killing them... I could have been survivor, it was my plan at the beginning, but this forum changed it all. Thanks

Indeed this has been discussed in countless threads already and i'm quite sure everything there is to be said on the matter has been said. Okay, I was just saying the game is for some degree of realism. And in real life I'd kinda like to think people wouldn't just kill people. It's obvious that no one is really dying in the game there for there is no need for real remorse. Do I need to clarify further?
