Stuck inside a walled room.

Pretty new to Day Z and being a pretty slow learner I tried to jump off of the middle floor of the office building in Elektro (I think) whilst under fire. Obviously my legs got broken and was rendered unconscious. After my hourglass was up my character kind of glitched out and crawled inside a wall.

I now appear to be stuck within this walled tomb with no way out. Is there any other solution other than suicide via starvation and thirst?

Edit: Turns out the building I fell off is the office blocks, not an apartment.

Press esacpe and select respawn. Then disconnect to the server lobby and then reconnect.

Sounds like you DC'd to me. You can't survive a drop from an apartment building and 3 minutes of bleeding out lol

Or alternatively just press Z and crawl beneath the building. It'll take a few minutes maybe to find a exit but you will find one. Happened to me a couple times and I just crawl my way out.

Tried hitting respawn and got the all too familiar "You are dead" screen only to respawn right next to my dead corpse with my trusty winchester in hand. I'll give this crawling out business a whirl.
