I never said they were bugs, I said "Issues" Also, people dont generally strip a dead player of starter gear, they were ALL in just boxer shorts and a vest, and they were EVERYWHERE, like 4 or 5 in each building. In every server I went to. Please dont reply trying to act smart, you'll just end up looking like an asshat.

I like the fact the Alpha is out. Past that, I reserve judgement until it goes into beta, because everything is cocked up atm ;)

Ok, so I appear to be having the following issues since the most recent patch: Horrible frame rates* Server lag/rubber banding every few seconds (despite me having pings to the servers of around 35ms)* Balota airfied littered with dozens of half naked player corpses and random noob/starter gear loot* No military gear to be found anywhere on Balota strip* General lack of loot *I swapped servers a few times to make sure it wasnt just the one I was on. This isnt a whine, just an observation. Is anyone else having these or similar issues?

Ok, so Ive been playing DayZ(mod) for ages now and also breaking Point on Arma 3 and I have a few questions regarding my initial experience on Standalone Alpha: 1) Im in the UK and I cant for the love of buggery find a way of joining my US/Canadian gaming clanmates as I can only see European servers listed. Any workaround for this? or is it really that shit at the moment. 2) How do I regen health? Eating food seems to do f*&k all. 3) Why is my character constantly whining about wanting to eat/drink or take a f*&ing nap? Seriously, he wants a drink or food about 2 minutes after he apparently "quenches his thirst/hunger". It's annoying as shit. 4) I found a map, but cant seem to use it (is this because its damaged?) If so, how do I "repair" it, and if you cant fix damaged maps, why the f*&k are they even clogging up the game? Slightly frustrated at these points, but meh, I know its only just been publicly released ;)

Most of my gaming clan are based in the US/Canada, and I cant find a way of joining a server theyre on or vica/versa. Who tought this was a good idea? More importantly, does anyone know a way around this, or how to find a servers IP address for remote? Cheers.

You seem to have failed to grasp the concept of entertainment. There needs to be a balance between realism and entertainment. Currently, and judging by the feedback in this thread, 1.7.7 needs some further tweaking.

I have to say. I am puzzled as to why certain vehicles have now been banned. These arent even mentioned in the changelog that I can see. Why ban the SUV? And the MTVR? There are others that were, up till now, allowed, but are prolly overpowered or not "appropriate" but cmon.... really? As a server admin this is slightly annoying.
