MAP Question

I heard that some people sets there Tens/Bases out of the Map, it’s pretty lame but ok.

As a new player I’m now wondering where the legit maps ends, at the western part it’s pretty clear (no grass terrain) but at the north there is a huge terrain north of the map not shown on maps like dayzdb.com/map

There you also can see, there are 2 loot positions and Zombie spawns in the north, so I’m wondering is the north terrain not on maps legit or “out of map” ?

Strange to see you using phrase "not legit" when talking about one of the coolest features of Arma2 engine - the autogenerated unlimited terrain beyond game-designed\pupulated areas.

It's legit, even if people hide their vehicles and tent there. It's native arma feature.

UPD: I guess I just got your point. You want to know where your tents are safe to place? Sry, haven't tried.
